DE-1000 FHD Full Hydraulic Drive Centrifuge for maximum control of the decanting bowl and coveyor. is fully installed on a rugged portable skid and is driven up to 4000 rpm by a 50 horsepower motor via a fluid coupling for low amp, soft start. The rotating assembly is coupled to a gear box, fitted complete with a spring loaded torque out assembly with manual reset. All stop/start buttons and manual switches are within easy reach when standing on the skid platform.

The hydraulic control system includes three types of safety systems:
1. Automatic feed control
2. Automatic speed boost of scroll to prevent overloading
3. Automatic unit shutdown under the following:
• excessive torque (if 1 or 2 are unsuccessful)
• overheated hydraulic fluid
• excessive vibration
• low hydraulic fluid

The rotating assembly is raised on transportation brackets to protect the bearings during shipping.
